论坛由IEEE北京分会教育协会专委会承办，IEEE Region 10及其教育活动委员会协办。
专委会成立于2020年2月，由清华大学自动化系牵头国内的多家单位共同申办，目标是加强不同学科教育者之间的交叉合作，促进中国教育的国际交流和合作。
会议由中心主任任艳频主持，IEEE北京分会教育协会专委会主席、自动化系主任张涛教授致开幕词。

Dr. Preeti, Vice Chancellor of Galgotias University. She has received a Lifetime Achievement Award by IEEE India Council and now is the Chair of Education Activities Committee of IEEE Region 10.
Prof. Zheng Gang. Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education, University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute.
Dr. Zoe, Co-Founder and President of Visionular. She is one of the Key Contributors to AV1 standard and many Video Products such as FaceTime and Google Glass Video Call.
Prof. Joe Qin. He has been Fluor Chair Professor at University of Southern California and now is the Dean of Data Science School of City University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Jie Liu, Former Chief Researcher of Microsoft and now is the dean of AI Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology.
Yunhao Liu, Foundation Chair Professor of Michigan State University and now is the leader of Global Innovation Exchange of Tsinghua University.
Xiaofeng Tang. Deputy Director of Division of Engineering Education Research, Institute of Education, Tsinghua University. Major Contributor of an Exemplar Project in Engineering Ethics Education.
